Every Halloween, Global Calgary meteorologist Jordan Witzel surprises viewers (and staff) by donning a humorous Halloween costume during his weather reports.
This year, Witzel paid tribute to Global News Morning Calgary co-anchor Amber Schinkel by dressing up as her. His costume featured a blond wig, Ugg boots and clothing in Amber’s favourite colour (blue).
The costume was a bittersweet tribute to Schinkel, who is leaving Global Calgary effective Nov. 10 to move to Vancouver Island with her family.
