13-year-old boy sought by New West Police located safely

UPDATE: Oct. 15 — Adrian Isufi has been located, according to the New West Police.

A 13-year-old boy has gone missing from his New Westminster home, in a case police are calling “high risk.”

Adrian Isufi was reported missing by his family on Saturday morning. He was last seen when he went to bed Friday around 8:30 p.m.

It’s believed Adrian left the home on his bike later that night and is now in the Coquitlam area. Adrian’s family has noted this is out of character for the young teen.

Police don’t believe Adrian’s disappearance to be suspicious or a case of kidnapping.

Adrian is five-foot-one, 110 pounds, with dark hair and glasses.

He is believed to be wearing black Adidas pants with three white stripes and black Nike runners, and carrying two black backpacks and riding a silver mountain bike.

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Adrian. Anyone with information is asked to contact New Westminster police immediately.
