New Brunswick RCMP have arrested two men in relation to an ongoing investigation into a series of break-ins and ATM thefts in southeastern New Brunswick this summer.
The Mounties arrested the two men on Wednesday after they executed search warrants at a residence in Monteagle, N.B., and a residence in Salisbury, N.B.

Joshua Jacob, 30, of Monteagle, has been charged with attempted theft, mischief, intent to commit an indictable offence while having his face masked and theft and possession of break-in tools.
He was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on Oct. 11.

Matthew Jacob, 36, of Salisbury, was charged with attempted theft, mischief, intent to commit an indictable offence while having his face masked, possession of break-in tools and breach of a conditional sentence.
Jacob was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on Oct. 26.
