Male teen taken to hospital after stabbing in east-end Toronto

Toronto police are investigating after a 17-year-old male was stabbed in the city’s east-end overnight.

Emergency crews responded to the scene just before 2 a.m. at a car wash near Victoria Park and Ellesmere Road.

Toronto paramedics said they located a male teen with life-threatening injuries. His condition has since been upgraded to serious.

Toronto police said the victim was initially stabbed at a school nearby and then made his way to the car wash where he was located.

Police said they are looking for three male suspects in connection to the incident.
