Fans were given the opportunity to see their favourite athletes hit the ice and practice before the pre-season takes off.

From bouncy castles, to watching some of the Winnipeg Jets sit down and chat about life off the ice, to face painting, there was a little bit of something for everyone at the 4th annual event.

But, for many, there was only one thing on their minds. Many fans said they came to the annual event to check out the Jets and see what they had to offer towards their goal of making the playoffs.

For one little fan, his hopes for the team could be summed up in to one sentence.

“Hope we make the playoffs,” said the little fan.

For others, it was a way to get up close and personal with athletes they idolize and look up to.
