A teen was shot with a pellet pistol in a North Battleford, Sask., street robbery attempt.
Battlefords RCMP said the teen was walking along 106th Street Wednesday morning when he was approached by three youth who were on bikes.

The teen told police that one youth pulled a pellet pistol on him and demanded some of his personal items.
Police said when the teen refused to turn anything over, he was shot numerous times.
He was taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Police located the three youth accused of being involved in the attempted robbery and shooting.

One has been charged with aggravated assault, robbery with a weapon and using an imitation firearm while committing an offence.
Battlefords RCMP continues to investigate.
