Teen stabbed inside St. Paul’s Hospital: Saskatoon police

Saskatoon police said a 17-year-old boy was assaulted and stabbed inside St. Paul’s Hospital on Monday.

Officers were called to the stabbing at around 10:25 a.m. CT.

The teenager was treated for a stab wound on scene. Police said the injury is considered non-life-threatening.

Two men, considered to be suspects, had fled the scene.

One of the men is described as being in his 20s, Indigenous, with short black hair. He was wearing black Adidas sweatpants, a black and red hoodie and a grey hat with a flat brim.

The second man is described as Indigenous and was wearing a black Adidas sweat suit with white stripes, a black hat with a coloured decal and black shoes with a white stripe.

Police believe the teen and the other two men were known to each other.
