A Saskatchewan farm family said they were shocked to find out just how low bandits are willing to go.
Shelley Chernoff said they were on the field combining until just after 11 p.m. CT on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

When they returned to the field the following morning, a hired hand discovered both front tires, along with the rims, had been stolen from a tractor.
The tractor had been left overnight in a field just over a kilometre from their Kamsack-area farm yard.
Chernoff said even more frustrating is the time lost getting the crop off the field as two days were lost while they found replacement rims and tires.

She estimated they are out more than a thousand dollars.
Chernoff thinks they are being targeted and the theft was not a random act.
The theft has been reported to RCMP.
