A 57-year-old man from Shediac, N.B. has pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, hydromorphone and cannabis for the purpose of trafficking, RCMP say.

Police say they searched a home on Donald Street on Wednesday and seized quantities of what they believe to be cocaine, hydromorphone and cannabis.

Officers also found a replica firearm and drug paraphernalia during their search.

Laurie Cormir appeared in court on Thursday and pleaded guilty to all charges before being released pending a sentencing hearing in October.
