For the fourth straight day, six women and six men will work to determine whether or not they believe William Sandeson killed Taylor Samson.
Sandeson, 24, is facing a charge of first-degree murder.

The Crown alleges Sandeson lured Samson to his Halifax apartment as part of a pre-arranged drug deal on the night of Aug. 15, 2015.
Once there, the Crown believe he shot Samson in the head at close range and dealt with his body – before stealing the 20 pounds of marijuana Samson brought with him.

The defence alleges that while a violent incident happened at Sandeson’s Henry Street apartment – a third party was involved.
The medical student told police several different stories while being questioned – one of which involved men in morphsuits shooting Samson in the head and removing his body in a large black duffel bag.

The jury has been deliberating since Thursday afternoon.
They can choose to find Sandeson guilty of first-degree murder, guilty of second-degree murder, guilty of manslaughter or not guilty.
