Forget kids’ screen time, what about adults?

The never-ending discussion of screen time and kids continues with the release of a new study from the Canadian Pediatric Society.

The study aimed at physicians is designed to help them advise parents with kids under five years old on the issue.

The study says:

  • Kids between two-to-five years of age should be limited to less than one hour of screen time a day.
  • Kids under two years of age shouldn’t be getting any screen time at all.
  • No kids should be viewing at least one hour before bedtime.

One other interesting point the study raised:

Awareness of the parents’ screen habits around their kids.
