Former U.S. first lady Barbara Bush has only eight toes, her granddaughter Jenna Bush Hager revealed Monday.
“Do you want to know the truth? My grandma’s missing a toe on each foot,” Bush Hager said on the Today show. “She’s missing a toe on each foot.”
While speaking to co-host Kathie Lee Gifford, Bush Hager admitted that her grandmother hadn’t publicly shared that information before.

“But she has darling feet. And they look cute!” the 35-year-old daughter of former U.S. president George W. Bush added.
Bush Hager said she believes it was the second toe that was missing but also appeared to regret disclosing the information.
