WINNIPEG – Police are investigating a homicide that happened in the West End.
The police service’s identification unit was on scene Friday morning of a home on the 600 block of Sherbrook Street.
Multiple officers were on scene with large rifles and guns early in the morning.

Police were called to the home just before midnight Thursday to check on a person.
Police are releasing very little information about the incident.
