Penticton’s homeless problem is a lot worse than many had thought. The results from a recent census in the south Okanagan city show double the amount of people without a roof over their head than was predicted. But there’s also a lot being done to help. And those behind that effort are working to ensure 2017 won’t be as dire for so many. Neetu Garcha reports.
