Abbotsford Police (APD) are investigating a targeted shooting that sent two men to hospital on Friday evening.
Authorities say they received reports of shots fired in the 33200-block of Walsh Ave. just before 8 p.m.
Officers arrived at the scene but could not locate any victims, however evidence confirmed a shooting had taken place.
Soon after, two men arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds. One victim was treated and released, while the other remains in hospital with serious injuries.

On Saturday, police said they believe the targeted shooting is connected to the Townline Hill conflict, an ongoing clash between two rival gangs fighting over drugs and territory since 2014.
“We fortunately haven’t had any shootings in the past couple of weeks, but these things are unpredictable,” Cst. Ian MacDonald of the APD said.
APD says the investigation has been taken over by the Major Crime Unit and forensic identification officers will continue to collect evidence.
The shooting is unrelated to a shooting in Surrey Saturday morning that left a 45-year-old man in critical condition.
