A holiday classic is set to return to the Kelowna Community Theatre Dec. 9-11.

The Nutcracker features dancers from the Canadian School of Ballet and Ballet Kelowna.

Former Ballet Kelowna dancer Connor Gnam has come out of retirement to star as the Nutcracker Prince.

Called a magical experience, the Nutcracker is E.T.A. Hoffmann children’s classic set to Tchaikovsky’s unforgettable score.

Clara, the young girl who receives a toy nutcracker during a Christmas party, wakes up in a fairy tale where the toy has come to life and transforms into a prince.
