Neighbours of a 350 unit seniors housing development proposed for a 14 acre gully location in Summerland remain opposed to the project.

Neighbours are worried about losing their view, losing agriculture land it would occupy and say it will be too far from town to attract residents.
Developer Kirk Fisher said the six-storey building will not impede neighbours views of the lake.
Fisher defended the project, saying Summerland is a top retirement location in Western Canada with not enough options for the 55+ crowd.
