WINNIPEG — Winnipeg police are investigating after witnesses said a man was masturbating at a city pool.
On Nov. 23 an elderly man was seen touching himself in the hot tub at the St. James Assiniboia Centennial Pool, police said.

Police do not believe the man exposed himself.
The suspect has not been identified, and no arrests have been made, police said.
