A 62-year-old man from Winnipeg is dead after a collision in southwestern Manitoba.
On Monday, RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 244, about eight kilometres north of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Man.
A southbound car crossed into the northbound lane and collided with an SUV. The southbound car ended up in the east ditch.

The 62-year-old driver of the southbound car, who was from Winnipeg, was taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
The 33-year-old woman driver of the SUV, from the Rural Municipality of Norfolk Treherne, was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Weather conditions are considered a factor in the crash, RCMP said. The road was covered in slush and it was snowing at the time.
