There’s another case of alleged candy tampering in Nova Scotia.
Cape Breton Regional Police received a report this week from a family who say they found a needle inside an Oh Henry chocolate bar on Nov. 6.
The child the treat belongs to had been trick-or-treating on George St., Bernard Lind Dr. and several other streets in the Sydney area, police say.
Police say they are investigating the complaint and are reminding parents and children to check all Halloween candy prior letting eating them, and to report any tampering to police.

Halifax Regional Police are investigating three separate cases of alleged candy tampering in the municipality.
On Nov. 1 a 12-year-old boy cut his finger on a razor blade that was stuck inside a candy bar. In that instance, the youth was trick-or-treating at about 150 different homes in Spryfield.
The same day, a 13-year-old girl in Dartmouth also reported finding a razor blade stuck inside a chocolate bar.
This past weekend, officers got a complaint from a victim who says he unwrapped a candy bar from his grandson’s treat bag on Saturday and discovered a small needle with a yellow plastic ball on the end of it inside the bar.
All of the cases remain under investigation.
