As Toronto starts to settle into the fall season, forecasters say the city will experience summer-like conditions Wednesday.
Environment Canada is forecasting mainly sunny skies and a high of 23 C, which is well above the seasonal norms.
The weather agency said temperatures for this time of year are normally between 6 and 14 C.
By comparison, The Weather Channel is calling for a high of 22 C in Tijuana, Mexico.
However, the warmer weather will be short-lived. Environment Canada is calling for a high of 13 C Thursday with showers in the morning and mainly cloudy conditions.
