Tracks in snow lead Prince Albert police to 3 stolen vehicle suspects

Police say they followed tracks in the snow to three people allegedly responsible for a stolen vehicle and other crimes in Prince Albert, Sask.

At around 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, OnStar advised officers they had located a stolen vehicle in the Crescent Acres neighbourhood. Police responded and found the vehicle.

Officers saw foot prints in the snow and followed the tracks from the vehicle to a nearby residence in the 2800-block of 15th Avenue East.

A 22-year-old woman and two men, ages 28 and 19, were arrested.

They are facing charges of possession of stolen property, break and enter, breaches of court order and numerous outstanding warrants. All three are scheduled to appear on Tuesday in Prince Albert provincial court.
