Laptop, personal belongings taken in Saskatoon street robbery

A man said he was robbed on a Saskatoon street by a person he had arranged to meet to sell a laptop computer.

The robbery happened on Thursday at around 10:10 p.m. CT in the 200-block of Avenue E North.

The man told police he had made arrangements to meet a potential buyer of his laptop he was selling online.

He said the man pulled a gun when they met and he took off with the laptop and other personal belongings.

The suspect is described as being 24- to 28-years-old, six-foot one with dark hair. He was wearing a black jacket and had a computer bag.

Police said they continue to investigate and have no other details at this time.
