Among what was written in big orange letters are the words “drug house.”

Restoration company workers were at the home Monday to clean up the vandalism.

Penticton RCMP say the home has been on their radar for quite some time and that people seem to move in and out of the residence frequently.

However, there is nothing to confirm the allegations made in the graffiti that the home is associated with drugs.

Neighbour Suzanne Couture said the vandalism also impacts others on the street.

“I saw the graffiti on there and I couldn’t believe it,” said Couture. “It’s embarrassing for the people on the street. [The] lady just across the street just bought [her] house and has to put up with this. That’s just not right.”
