Calgary Police asking for help trying to locate robbery suspect who may be in Sask.

Calgary Police are asking people in Saskatchewan to be on alert for a man who is wanted for multiple commercial robberies in the Calgary area.

Police say between June 12 and Aug. 24, a man entered six different stores including pet stores, convenience stores and M & M Meat Shops. It is believed he would grab a store item and then approach a clerk. He would then present a small knife, switch blade or machete and demand cash.

Daniel Loveys, 27, of Calgary is wanted on warrants in connection to these incidents and is facing 22 charges.

Loveys is a Caucasian man, between 5’10” and 6″ tall, with a slim build, brown eyes, dark front teeth and glasses. Police said it is believed that he has recently shaved his head and may have dark hair starting to grow back.

Police believe Loveys is still in Calgary, however his exact whereabouts are unknown.
