Finance Minister Joe Ceci says the days of “insiders recruiting other insiders” is over.

Under the previous government, he says such information was collected piecemeal and only involved select groups of people.

Ceci says the new process will deliver a stronger, more representative pool of applicants.

He says applicants will be vetted and shortlisted by a panel of government and industry officials to ensure the best candidates are found.
