Liberal strategist Kinsella defeats defamation suit

A former diplomat who sued Liberal political strategist Warren Kinsella for defamation had an established reputation for “anti-Semitic, racist views,” before Kinsella told a CBC audience that the ex-diplomat supported the KKK, a judge ruled.
