Man charged with using camera hidden inside toy owl to look up women’s skirts at CNE

Police have arrested a 28-year-old Toronto man after a video camera was found inside a stuffed toy allegedly to look up women’s skirts at the Canadian National Exhibition.

According to Toronto police, the incident happened on Thursday. Police found the camera inside a white, stuffed toy owl.

Investigators are concerned there might be other victims.

Daniel Adler has been charged with secretly observing and/or recording a person expecting privacy, publishing and/or possessing obscene matter for distribution and resisting a peace officer.

He was scheduled to appear at a Toronto court on Friday.
