NEAR PEACHLAND – The Peachland Fire Department and the BC Wildfire Service are battling a small forest fire in the hills above Peachland.
It’s burning near McCall Creek and was spotted early Friday afternoon.
Three air tankers, four skimmer aircraft and a bucketing helicopter are attacking the blaze from above.
A dozen forestry firefighters are also on scene.
