Woman charged with dangerous driving after fatal collision west of Toronto

PUSLINCH, Ont. – A 27-year-old woman has been charged after the death of a 24-year-old woman in a car crash west of Toronto.

Ontario Provincial Police say Katelyn Lindsay of Cambridge, Ont., was killed in a head-on collision around 10 a.m. on July 16 in Puslinch, Ont.

Harvy Panchal, of Toronto, has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death.

She is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 16.
