The Queen City Exhibition is packing up Sunday night. The event hosted over 200,000 visitors in only five days.

Every year, thousands of families take to the pop-up fare at Evraz place. They say they enjoy the many activities the carnival has to offer, including rides, fare food, and carnival games.

Himalaya and Chopper Charlie were the newest rides added to this years event.

This year’s most popular food proved to be the mac and cheese stuffed burger. The burger is a beef patty with mac and cheese stuffing.

Fare-goers also chose the deep fried pickle wrapped corn dog as a top fan favourite.

Top music headliners included The Arkells, Shawn Hook, April Wine and Loverboy.
