Canada-wide warrant for two Manitoba sex offenders

WINNIPEG – A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for two convicted sex offenders now at large.

In a release police are warning “all females are at risk”.

Martin Louis Patrick, 33, was declared a long-term offender in 2008 and police say he’s considered a high risk to re-offend “both sexually and violently.”

Patrick is wanted for breaching his release conditions.

Walter James Francis, 34, is also named in the warrant and is also considered a high-risk Police say he did not return to his court approved home and is now considered unlawfully at large.

The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender is looking for Martin Louis Patrick for breaching his release conditions, and Walter James Francis.
