The rainy weather the last few days have Craven Country Jamboree Organizers closing the gates to campers for the day.

Organizers of the jamboree closed the front gate on Tuesday to ensure the safety of the campers, as well as try and preserve the integrity of the road system in the jamboree grounds.

Any campers who are coming to the Craven Country Jamboree from out of town are asked to park at Lots B and C at Evraz Place in Regina for the day.

The gates to the jamboree are expected to reopen on Wednesday at 2 p.m.

This year Alabama, Eric Church and the Zac Brown Band are scheduled to perform at the festival.
