Saskatoon police say Marcie Moosewaypayo found safe

UPDATE: Saskatoon police said Marcie Moosewaypayo was found to be safe on July 7

Concerned family members and Saskatoon police are trying to locate Marcie Moosewaypayo, a missing 28-year-old woman.

Moosewaypayo was last seen on July 1 in the city’s Confederation Park neighbourhood.

Police said there is concern due to her involvement in a “vulnerable environment.”

Moosewaypayo is described as aboriginal, five-foot six, 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a Chinese symbol on the right side of her neck and a tattoo of a bear paw on the left side of her neck.
