KELOWNA – A stranger who stepped in to help an Okanagan family that was grieving the sudden loss of a loved one is complaining about the treatment he received from a West Kelowna towing company.
As Neetu Garcha reports, the good Samaritan says his random act of kindness was almost thwarted by staff at Del Oro Towing.
