Winnipeg man charged with sexual assault of two children

WINNIPEG — Police have arrested and charged a 54-year-old  after two victims recently came forward to report a series of sexual assaults that allegedly began when they were just four years old.

Police say the first victim was was shown pornographic material, inappropriately touched, and sexually assaulted from 1994 to 1999.  The alleged incidents started when that victim was four years-old and ended when they were nine.

The second victim was allegedly sexually assaulted between 1998 and 2007. Police say the incidents in that case also started when the victim was just four years old.

Mike John Zoldy has been charged with two counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual interference, two counts of sexual exploitation, invitation to sexual touching and corrupting morals.
