WATCH ABOVE: New video has been released, showing the moments leading up to a fatal swarming outside of a downtown nightclub. The jury is now deliberating, and will decide the fate of four men accused of the second degree murder of Lukas Strasser-Hird. Nancy Hixt reports – Jun 14, 2016

The jury is now out in the case of four people accused of the brutal swarming death of Lukas Strasser-Hird.

Franz Cabrera, Jordan Liao, Joch Pouk and Assmar Shlah are all on charged with the second-degree murder of 18-year-old Strasser-Hird. A fifth man – Nathan Gervais – is charged with first-degree murder. He went missing weeks before the trial and a warrant remains out for his arrest.

The jury received instructions Monday morning before deliberations began.

This is the seventh week of the trial.
