Stabbing sends teen to Saskatoon hospital in serious condition

A teen is recovering in a Saskatoon hospital after an early morning stabbing.

Police said they were called to the 2700-block of 18th Street West at around 1 a.m. CT Thursday.

A 17-year-teen had gone to the home looking for help after he had been stabbed nearby.

He was taken to Royal University Hospital and is listed in serious but stable condition.

No other details have been released by police at this time.

Members of the targeted enforcement unit are investigating.
