Officers are looking for any victims or witnesses to come forward after a series of gropings in downtown Vancouver Tuesday night.

Police say they received a report at around 5 p.m. of a man groping multiple women on Davie Street between Granville and Burrard.

A person matching the suspect’s description was arrested a short time later, but the victims could not be located.

Police are asking anyone with information on the alleged assaults to contact the Vancouver Police Sex Crimes Unit at 604-717-2634 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
