Game of Thrones didn’t become one the most popular shows on television without receiving its fair share of mockery.

This week Saturday Night Live took aim at its painfully slow pacing.

If you’ve been keeping up, Lord Commander of the Night’s Watch and alleged “bastard” of the late Eddard Stark, Jon Snow, was stabbed several times by his comrades and left for dead.

Last week, at the end of the second episode of season six, Jon Snow was brought back to life in a very stretched-out scene making viewers tense up over whether he’ll resurrect.

In the skit, two nameless extras call out the main characters Davos and Melisandre for overly emphasizing that Jon Snow is dead.

“He is super dead,” said Davos. “On a scale of one to 10, he is like a 10 of dead.”

Finally, as Snow is resurrected by Melisandre and as the skit starts to pick up, he demands to know what’s happening with a plotline many see as the most boring and slowest in the series, what his half-brother Bran is doing.
