Surrey RCMP investigate alleged sexual assault of realtor during open house

WATCH: Surrey RCMP have released surveillance video of the suspect involved in the sexual assault of a Surrey realtor that occurred on Saturday, April 30. RCMP say a female realtor was sexually assaulted while conducting an open house in Surrey Saturday afternoon.

Police say the realtor fought off the suspect, who then fled the scene. The victim did not suffer any injuries.

The suspect is described as a South Asian male in his late-20s to mid-40s, 5’5″ to 5’8″ in height with brown eyes and a dark well-groomed beard. Police say he was wearing dark-coloured pants, a light-coloured shirt, a white turban, and “spoke with an accent.”
