SASKATOON – Pro athletes are creatures of habit. When they carve out a routine, they stick to it – including preparing for game day.

In the National Lacrosse League, game preparation is a bit different from other sports considering most of the players don’t live in the city their team is based out of.

In Lacrosse 101, Saskatchewan Rush captain Chris Corbeil explains to Global Saskatoon sports director Jack Haskins how he gets ready for a game.

The Rush are back in action Friday when they head to Denver to take on the Colorado Mammoth in the first of a home-and-home weekend.

The Rush and Mammoth will be in action Saturday at SaskTel Centre. Game time is 7:30 p.m. CT.
