EDMONTON- A man found with obvious signs of trauma near the Belvedere LRT station over the weekend was stabbed to death, police said Thursday.
Edmonton police identified the victim as 50-year-old Bruce Peter Macdonald. There have now been 12 homicides in Edmonton in 2016.
Officers arrived at 129 Avenue and 58 Street at 2:23 a.m. Sunday morning where police said they found an unconscious man in critical condition. He later died in hospital.

On Sunday police said they believe the man was targeted and WERE looking for two female suspects.
No one has been arrested yet.
