BELLEVILLE, Ont. – Police in Belleville, Ont., are looking for a man who allegedly discharged a firearm in a high school and then robbed a downtown bank.
Quinte Secondary School was put into lockdown Thursday afternoon after a report a gun had been fired inside school, but it was lifted an hour later when police determined there was no longer a threat.

No one was injured and the students were allowed to go home later in the afternoon.
Police say a man entered a bank a few minutes after the incident at the school and allegedly produced an undisclosed weapon.
Investigators say no one was injured but haven’t said whether he got any money.
