Halifax police are looking for a man who was reportedly seen masturbating at Crystal Crescent Beach on Tuesday.
Police say they received a report the man had also approached a woman who was walking her dog on the beach 10 days earlier and told her he was going to masturbate.

The suspect is described as a white man in his late 30s, 5 feet 11 inches tall with a medium build and short, dark hair. Police say he spoke with a British accent and was wearing a black jacket and light khaki pants.
