REGINA – The driver of a pickup truck is dead after a collision with a semi east of Regina.
The crash happened late Wednesday night on Highway 10, about 13 km north of Balgonie.

RCMP say a 45-year-old man who was driving the pickup died at the scene.
Another man who was a passenger was airlifted to hospital in serious but stable condition, while the semi driver was treated at the scene and released.
Police say the large rig was carrying fertilizer and some of its cargo spilled into the ditch.
Motorists were forced to detour on gravel roads while the accident scene was cleared.
