Saskatoon police looking for 2 suspects who stole cash, cigarettes

SASKATOON – Police are trying to locate two teenage boys believed to be responsible for an armed robbery Saturday in Saskatoon. Just before 7:30 a.m. CT, the masked suspects reportedly armed with a knife and a stick stole cash and cigarettes from a business in the 2300-block of 33rd Street West.

Both had bandanas over their faces and were last seen fleeing on foot in a northerly direction. No injuries were reported.

The suspects were described as being of First Nations decent, approximately 16 years of age. One suspect was wearing a red and grey hoodie and was carrying a backpack while the other was wearing all black.

The investigation is ongoing.
