Nova Scotia’s Information and Privacy Commissioner released a report Thursday on the investigation into Premier Stephen McNeil’s former chief of staff.
Dartmouth East MLA Andrew Younger filed a formal complaint against former chief of staff Kirby McVicar after McVicar released personal health details about Younger.

In November, McVicar told reporters that Younger was suffering from PTSD and had a possible brain tumour.
The comments came after a secret recording was released of a conversation between McVicar and Younger.
McVicar resigned in November as a result of the scandal.
The report into McVicar’s actions will be released at 10 a.m.
