Not even the Duke boys could do it so well. Fictional television characters Bo and Luke Duke made entering a vehicle through the window a cool thing during the 80’s and that was their trademark on the popular TV show “Dukes of Hazzard.”

Newly released security camera footage from a gas station in Australia caught a man using the same maneuver to save his car from being stolen.

The video show the man leaving his car and then walking off screen to pay for the fuel. Another man can be seen coming from the other way and jumping into the driver’s seat of the vehicle.

When the man notices the other man enter into his vehicle, he runs and then jumps feet first into the open passenger window. The would-be car thief tries to pull away, but it’s too late. The owner is back in his car and the would-be thief bails from the car and can be seen running away.
