Hillary Clinton was dreaming of a White House on Saturday Night Live.
In a dream sequence sketch, the Hillary Clinton of today, played by Kate McKinnon, is visited by a 2008 version of herself, portrayed by Amy Poehler.
The younger Clinton remarks, “you changed your hair. People said I should so I did. And your laugh is different – it’s less joyful. Well I’ve been through seven more years of things.”
The older version of Clinton then mentions Benghazi.
“Who’s Benghazi?” Poehler’s Clinton asks. “You, young, naive girl of 61.”
The current version of Clinton then tells her younger self who she’s running against for president – “Donald Trump.”
The younger Hillary faints and then states, “oh, my God we’re gonna be president.”
More hilarity ensues when Sarah Palin –Tina Fey – also appears.
Saturday Night Live airs on Global Saturday’s at 11:30 p.m.
